I am an honest, ambitious, and dedicated individual who has the confidence to succeed in any given environment. Despite my vast experience in the elevator industry as well as interiors in the multi-family and hospitality industries, I am eager and willing to learn new products and aspects of a specific industry. I get along well with others and realize that there are multiple paths to completing the task at hand. I look forward to the opportunity and possibilities that lie ahead.

I assisted in the coordination and completion of projects by working readily with architects, designers and general contractors. I spent two summers while in college installing residential elevators as a helper. While in high school I worked in the warehouse and as a truck driver, delivering product to job sites.

During the months of March 2007 through May 2007, I assisted in the sale of a multi-million dollar elevator company, Sterling Elevator, LLC. During that time I assembled the complete asset purchase agreement for the Seller. I worked alongside the legal and financial teams of both Seller and Buyer and with the sales consultant of the Seller. My responsibilities were reviewing the asset purchase agreement, translating legal contract documents with legal team of both Seller and Buyer, and compiling and organizing the asset purchase based on the requirements set forth by the Buyer. |
